Street Operations Division - street improvement, street maintenance, traffic control signs, street sweeping, pothole repairs, snow and ice control

Utilities Operations Division – waterline replacement, wastewater collection system maintenance, meter reading services, water main break repairs, water treatment, wastewater treatment, biosolids land application, oversight of the maintenance and asset management program

Utilities Planning and Engineering Division - capital improvement project management, water quality, water conservation, reclaimed water
